Middle School Tennis Finale at Liberty
Middle School tennis had its final match, Tuesday, May 11, at 4 p.m. at Liberty.
“I hope to see everyone out at our final Middle School match,” said Chase Hardin, head tennis coach. “We will face Dawson Middle School, so please try to come out and support the future of the tennis program here at Liberty.”
Hardin said the Middle School team has done a phenomenal job this year.
“The players have five wins and one loss under their belt this year as a team,” said Hardin. “The wins include Southlake Middle School, Strickland Middle School, Coram Deo, First Baptist, and Lake Dallas.
“The loss came from a very tough tennis school of St. Marks.”
Hardin said he is very proud of all of the players and everyone who came out to learn how to play the game.
“There are so many of the kids who have improved so much,” said Hardin. “I am looking forward to working with them next year.”
“The future of this program is in these kids’ hands,” he said. “With a lot of hard work and dedication, we will have one of the best tennis programs in the state of Texas without a doubt.
“Congratulations to all of the athletes!”
