Liberty’s Golf Team Continues to Succeed

This past Monday, the boys and girls golf teams played at Turtle Hill Golf Course hosted by Muenster High School. 

The girls did well, with junior Kelsie Finch shooting 81 to finish in third place. Senior Maria Manrique shot an 85, and Brandy Trost shot a 101. 

The boys team finished in second place overall with a score of 321. Senior Ty Dunlap shot four under par at 68 to win first place. Freshman Javier Manrique shot a 74, sophomore Carson Dowdle shot an 89, junior Tanner Anderson shot a 90, and senior Jared Sutter shot a 93 to finish out the score for the team. 

The varsity boys and girls play this coming Monday, Oct. 11, at the 15^th annual Oakmont Tournament at Oakmont Country Club in Corinth, hosted by Guyer High School.
