Liberty Student Named a Top 10 Quarterback
Liberty Christian junior quarterback Josh Cousins was named as a top 10 quarterback after participating in the U.S. Army All-American Combine in San Antonio earlier in January.
“I am very happy for Josh,” said Liberty Athletic Director Greg Price.
Each year, while outgoing seniors are preparing to play the annual East vs. West game, juniors are competing for a spot on the upcoming year’s roster.
Arizona Cardinals quarterback Richard Bartel singled out Cousins as a standout during the combine.
Cousins will compete on Jan. 30 in Southlake at the Texas Top 100 Invitational sponsored by Next Level Athlete.
